Royal Icing (蛋白糖霜)

3     tablespoons  Meringue powder

1     lb. Confectioners '  Sugar  (糖粉)

5-6 tablespoons water

1.  將糖粉和meringue powder先混合,再加入水,用打蛋器打7-10分鐘,直到糖霜看起來有光澤.

**糖霜很容易乾掉,要隨時準備一條濕布蓋在上面.

**糖霜要裝在無油的容器裏,加蓋可保存兩星期.
