請問Juling你是在哪上課的ㄚ?費用如何呢?還有蛋糕上的裝飾是用奶油還是鮮奶油呢?我很喜歡你做的結婚蛋糕,看起來就很professional [版主回覆04/18/2009 11:20:14]這是社區大學開的課,一期有六堂課,每堂課有三小時,費用119元,不含材料及工具,蛋糕上的裝飾是用shortening加糖粉打的糖霜,在美國上課都不用鮮奶油.
shortning加糖有點.......我還以為是奶油加糖去打的,那下次我看看我們家這附近有沒有這種烘焙的課 [版主回覆04/19/2009 13:32:24]<p>奶油有顏色,有時較難調出想要的顏色,shortening是白色的,較容易做變化,而且在室温中放久一點也不會變的較軟.</p>
